1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
- "5g88", "we", "us", "our" refers to 5g88 and its affiliated entities operating the platform accessible at 5g88.bio and any associated domains or mobile interfaces.
- "Platform" means the 5g88 website, mobile-optimised web interface, progressive web application, and all services, games, and features made available therethrough.
- "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the 5g88 Platform.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with 5g88.
- "Balance" means the amount of funds held in a Player's 5g88 Account wallet, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- "Gaming Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports betting markets, crash games, and any other wagering products offered on the Platform.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Access to 5g88 and participation in any Gaming Services is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 5g88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, 5g88 will suspend or permanently close the Account and return any uninvested real-money funds in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions
It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of 5g88 Gaming Services complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 5g88 does not represent that access to or use of its Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register or play.
2.3 Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 5g88 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated Accounts. During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including their legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and email address.
2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
5g88 is required to verify the identity of Players under its international gaming authority compliance obligations. Players must submit valid identification documents (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification) prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal suspension pending verification.
Tip: Complete your KYC at the time of registration — before you need to make a withdrawal. This ensures your first win is paid out immediately without delay.
3. Account Responsibilities
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access the Platform through your Account. 5g88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Players must notify 5g88 immediately upon discovering or suspecting that their Account has been accessed without authorisation. 5g88 will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, take steps to secure the Account pending resolution.
5g88 accounts are for personal use only. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform — whether for wagering, bonus collection, or any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of relevant balances.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
All transactions on the 5g88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. 5g88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Deposits funded through methods other than those listed are not accepted. 5g88 does not impose deposit fees; however, Players should confirm with their payment provider whether any provider-side charges apply.
5g88 will only accept deposits originating from payment accounts or instruments registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be refunded and the Account subject to review.
4.2 Withdrawals
Players may withdraw their real-money Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified Accounts using e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless a valid reason exists for using an alternative — in which case additional verification may be required. 5g88 may delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
4.3 Currency
The 5g88 Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied. Players outside Malaysia who fund accounts in foreign currencies may incur conversion charges from their payment provider; 5g88 accepts no liability for such charges.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 5g88 may offer bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, reload promotions, or VIP tier rewards ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted by jurisdiction, game type, or account tier.
- Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal of Bonus Funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms and vary by promotion type.
- Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
- 5g88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without prior notice, except where a Player is actively in the process of meeting an existing Wagering Requirement.
- Any evidence of Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic exploitation of Bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
- Where a conflict exists between these general Bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6. Game Rules & Conduct
All Gaming Services offered on the 5g88 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game environment. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing wagers. 5g88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
All game outcomes on the 5g88 Platform are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of outcome in any individual session. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5g88 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of relevant balances:
- Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Use of software, tools, or systems designed to predict, manipulate, or exploit game outcomes.
- Chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of organised fraud.
- Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at dealers, other players, or 5g88 staff.
- Attempting to exploit platform errors, software bugs, or misconfigured promotions ("gnoming").
5g88 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error due to a platform malfunction or pricing error. Where a software error has been exploited, 5g88 reserves the right to recover resulting winnings and apply appropriate sanctions.
7. Responsible Gaming
5g88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from within Account Settings:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Reminders: Players may set notifications to alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a permanent self-exclusion, which closes the Account and prevents re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 5g88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, game assets, brand identifiers, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 5g88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 5g88.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not convey any ownership rights over Platform content or software.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5g88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or system damage.
5g88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. While 5g88 employs reasonable technical and organisational measures to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond 5g88's reasonable control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
5g88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of gaming services. 5g88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.
11. Suspension & Termination
5g88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Conduct determined to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
- A Player's request for voluntary self-exclusion or Account closure.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 5g88 may forfeit the entire Balance, including any real-money and Bonus Funds. Where closure results from a Player's own request — and no Terms breach has occurred — the real-money Balance will be returned to the Player within ten (10) business days to the original deposit method.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 5g88 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority.
For disputes relating to individual game outcomes or Account transactions, Players must raise a formal complaint with 5g88 Customer Support in the first instance. 5g88 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
13. Amendments to These Terms
5g88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially alter Players' rights or obligations — 5g88 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice by way of a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the registered account email address. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not agree with material changes to these Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and Balance return before the revised Terms take effect.
